Presses, machine tools, machining centres and production lines: Hydro Service Auvergne supplies the components, crimps your hoses and handles breakdowns in the workshop as well as on site.
On a production machine the hydraulics stay out of sight: they clamp, they hold, they feed and they brake. A press, a machining centre, a press brake, an injection moulding machine or a test rig all work with a power unit, clamping cylinders, directional control valves and often an accumulator. What lets go first is rarely the main component: it is a short hose trapped between two hot housings and flexed on every cycle, or a seal worn out by the cycle rate.
Two constraints dominate the production shop. Fluid cleanliness first: a machine runs thousands of hours on the same oil, and contamination wears out pumps and valve spools long before a leak ever shows. Contamination levels are coded to ISO 4406, and the right filtration costs less than a proportional directional control valve. Then availability: a line at a standstill is costed by the hour, which makes planned maintenance pay better than breakdown service. A pool of oil on the floor is a safety matter as well.
- Power units, reservoirs, heat exchangers, filtration and level accessories.
- Clamping, holding and thrust cylinders, seals and refurbishment.
- Directional control valves, solenoid valves, pressure relief valves, pilot-operated check valves and manifold blocks.
- Accumulators, test points and pressure gauges.
- Short crimped hoses, heat protection sleeves and pipe clamps.
We supply the components and we crimp your hoses, one-off or as a complete set, from a sample or from dimensions. For a quick replacement, bring in the hose you have removed: the length between sealing faces, the fittings and the orientation of the bends can all be taken from it. Otherwise, note the inside diameter, the length, the thread at each end and the working pressure, and photograph the markings on the sleeve.
