Tractors, loaders, trailers and harvesting machinery: Hydro Service Auvergne crimps and replaces the hoses, couplings and cylinders on farm machinery, in the Riom workshop and out on the farm.
On a farm, hydraulics are everywhere: the tractor's linkage and directional control valves, the front loader, the trailer tipping body, the spreader, the slurry tanker, the combine header, the baler. What lets go first is almost never the pump: it is a hose worn through by rubbing on a pivot, a coupling that no longer holds pressure, or a cylinder seal that lets the arm creep back down on its own.
Farm machinery works to the seasons: a breakdown in the middle of harvest, or during a spreading window, costs you the day. It often sits outside between campaigns, dust works its way into couplings left without their caps, and fertiliser and slurry splash attack any braid left bare. Linkage and loader hoses bend on every cycle and rub on the frame until the wire reinforcement shows through: once the braid is visible, the hose is already due for replacement.
- Linkage, loader and third-service hoses, in EN 853 1SN and 2SN braid, or compact EN 857 where space is tight.
- Agricultural push-pull couplings to ISO 5675, flat-face couplings to ISO 16028, mounting blocks and dust caps.
- Directional control valves, counterbalance valves and control blocks.
- Linkage, tipping and loader-arm cylinders: seals, rods, reconditioning.
- Orbital motors, hydrostatic steering units, pumps driven from the power take-off.
We cut and crimp your hoses in the Riom workshop, from a sample or to your dimensions, and we handle breakdowns in the workshop and out on the farm. Bring in the hose you have taken off: everything can be read from it. Otherwise, note the length between sealing faces, the inside diameter, the fitting at each end and how it is oriented, and the working pressure. For a coupling, give us the profile and the size: tractor and implement still have to connect.
